Elif İdil Türkmenoğlu, who graduated from Kadıköy Anatolian and Bosphorus Business Administration Department, received on-the-job training at Bank of America, received her Strategic HR certificate from Wharton, completed her graduate studies in Applied Psychology at Istanbul Commerce University and studied “Positive Management” at the University of Michigan.
She worked in Doğuş Group and Boyner Group, and is an Independent Board Member at Sun Tekstil. She has authored four books; “Office Stories”, “Positive Management”, “Corporate Internal Communication” and “Networking is not a Problem”, which she co-authored with Işıl Taysever. She also wrote the “Career Guide” for ASPB and the book, “Equality at Work” with Aysun Sayın.
She is one of the founding partners of the social enterprise “Biraderler Yapım/Çocuk Genç Sanat Tiyatro”, which produces digital and stage content and organizes educational programs. She holds many sectoral awards, and is also among the 50CHRO. She has been a volunteer in civil society for 27 years and is a Board Member of PERYÖN, and Global Compact Turkey.
